Place was clean and appropriate for the price. Room air conditioning and fan was very noisy, as well as bathroom fan squealing, making it difficult to sleep.

Excellent hotel. Great stay. Except the hotel was full and there was no hot water, it was barely like warm. I would stay again. Considering staying for an extended stay.

I like the improvements! I stayed here during CoVid and was not impressed and after a few years I thought I'd give them a second try. I was not at all disappointed....will visit again when I'm in the area

The hotel Manager, Delia Rosando, went above and beyond to meet our requests. She and her team run a clean, professional and friendly hotel. The beds and linens are of high quality. We were so pleased with our stay.

Smells like a Vegas hotel in the 80’s. Heavy smoke. No ice machine working in the whole building Horrible parking The property was rundown and surrounded by weeds. I would never stay here again and wouldn’t have if I wasn’t misguided by the clerk at the other Rochester location to book this location by accident at midnight sending me 7 miles out of my way…each way. Hallways had garbage in them

Was here prior to brain surgery with Mayo St Marys. Hotel was clean amd in order, breakfast was quaint and a good amenity. The hot tub never worked properly and there are some questionable guests but that's anywhere. Cleaning staff was great there was an elder Caucasian woman who needs training on service animals ver ESA and how they serve as mandated state wide and federally. She evidently is uneducated in certifications and needs. Will return as all in all locations is safe and clean for the value.

Top Notch!
our stay was infinitely more comfortable than last time when the thermostat didn't work. This time we were very comfortable! I specifically love your pillows and your delicious breakfast selections! If I need to return to the Mayo, this will always be our hotel of choice in Rochester

Wonderful hotel
We were very comfortable! The attached restaurant provided a convenient and delicious supper, the pillows were glorious, and the included breakfast buffet had everything a person could want. There is a shuttle to and from the Mayo, but I am sad to say that it didn't have a wheelchair lift. However, that was the only negative point for me. The hotel itself was wonderful!
